BCC’s management staff is a team of people who have been connected with the company for many years. Some members of the company’s management board are also its shareholders.
Bartłomiej Buszczak
President of the Board
He graduated from the University of Technology in Poznań and was also granted DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst) scholarship. He has been working for BCC since 1997, first as a SAP consultant, then as quality manager, SAP project manager and consulting director. In 2005-2007 responsible for managing of the company as the general director. Besides work he is interested in investing in stock exchange, martial arts, Eastern philosophies and skiing. In his spare time he listens to good music (rock, jazz), he is an audiophile.
Piotr Rogala
Member of the Board, Financial Director
He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and post-graduated studies at Warsaw School of Economics. Earlier he worked for Żywiec Trade and other companies. Since 1998 he has been finance director in BCC and since 2001 also a member of the board. His responsibilities include creating and realizing the company's financial strategies. He likes metal music and takes part in car races. He likes spending time with his family, particularly skiing.
Waldemar Sokołowski
Member of the Board, Director of IT Services
He graduated from information technology at Poznań University pf Technology and MBA. In BCC since 1997, till 2004 as IT director, than as director for outsourcing services. His hobbies and interests include chess, genealogy, travels, sports (skiing, diving). He passes his free time outdoors, most willingly with his sons.
Piotr Brzoskowski
Member of the Board, Director of Consulting and Application Support
He has been working for BCC since 1997. He was involved in several dozens of SAP projects, as the implementation consultant and project manager. Since 2000 Controlling Team Leader, then Business Development Manager and Consulting Director. His responsibilities include also: representing the company in steering committees and participation in shaping the principles of cooperation with key clients. Piotr Brzoskowski is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics, a certified SAP consultant in controlling, also a holder of APICS and PMP certtificates.
Andrzej Moskalik
Member of the Board , Director of client services department
A graduate of marketing and management at Warsaw University and administration at the Poznań University of Management and Banking, he has been working for BCC since 2001. His responsibilities include managing the team that cooperates with BCC clients and deals with the sales of products and services. In private life he enjoys travelling, Italian wines and cars, participates in car races.
