“BCC +international” is the name of BCC’s growth strategy for the years 2011-2014. The “BCC +international” strategy provides for the opening of several foreign subsidiaries (the first has been already launched in Germany), a significant increase in the company’s revenues from projects outside Poland while maintaining the position of SAP market leader in Poland.
The plan provides for expanding the team of consultants to over 340 people, including the construction of a nearshoring centre across the Eastern border of Poland. As a result, the company's revenues are expected to exceed 100 million zlotys, with at least 60% of the revenues coming from projects carried out outside Poland.
This growth will be financed by the current profits of the company. If long-term scenarios for the development of the economic situation change for the better, BCC will return to its plans for a public issue of shares.
According to the assumptions of “BCC + international”, BCC’s offer will continue to focus on services relating to SAP systems, IT outsourcing and consulting projects on the borderland between IT and business consulting.
