BCC offers Ingentis org.manager – a leading solution for visualization of an organizational structure and data from SAP HR

Under a partnership agreement with Ingentis, a German company, BCC has become a sole distributor of org.manager software for companies that use SAP HR in Poland. Ingentis org.manager is an application certified by SAP AG and used for visualization of an organizational structure and organizational structure-oriented presentation of any personnel and payroll data.
Ingentis org.manager delivers data on an organizational structure and individual employees (including their contact data, roles, photos, locations) in a user-friendly and attractive form – on a company’s Internet portal, for instance. Furthermore, the application provides managers with tools for checking and optimizing HR processes. They enable among other things:
- simulation of changes in the organizational structure and their influence on personnel costs
- verification of relevant HR information (e.g. use of leave quotas, remuneration monitoring)
- organizational structure-oriented analysis of HR data in the form of legible charts.
Due to the integration with the SAP system, Ingentis org.manager presents up-to-date data on employees and the organizational structure generated from SAP HR. The information – schemes, location plans, charts and reports – can be accessed through the SAP NetWeaver Portal.
Ingentis org.manager is used by over 400 companies worldwide, including organizations with tens of thousands of employees (e.g. Dresdner Bank, T-Mobile, Kaufland, Volkswagen). The agreement entered into will allow BCC to deliver the software in Poland, along with needed training courses and implementation services.
