BCC supports implementation of SAP CRM and SAP ERP in Linde Material Handling Polska

The global leader in manufacturing internal transport vehicles has chosen BCC as the implementation partner for the largest SAP project in the corporation.
The most important business activity of Linde Material Handling Polska is long-term and mid-term lease of transport vehicles (including advanced fork lift trucks) to enterprises with extensive logistic bases and to operators of logistic services.
In order to facilitate servicing clients in this respect the company has decided to implement a wide scope of the SAP CRM system (customer relationship management), including functions supporting the management of contacts, trade actions, marketing campaigns, sales opportunities and offers and the analysis of the clients’ data. Moreover, the project comprises the corporate roll-out of the SAP ERP solution with respect to finances, controlling, supply, sale and distribution as well as service management.
The implementation of SAP ERP is executed in compliance with the model already functioning in the Linde corporation, which has been adapted and developed to match the requirements of the Polish company. The project, however, as regards SAP CRM, consists in immense broadening of the corporate solution, as up till now there has been no need to perform precise management of services related to the lease of vehicles and their servicing. Therefore this project is the biggest SAP project, regarding its scope, in the Linde concern.
“It was not easy to choose the provider of implementation services for such a complex project. We needed a partner offering a large team of SAP specialists, experienced both in adjusting corporate SAP solutions and in SAP CRM implementations, which have been scarce on the Polish market. In both these fields we have valued the competence of BCC very highly.” – says Jarosław Pruś, IT Manager Linde Material Handling Polska and the project manager.
The concerns which have used the support of BCC in SAP roll-outs in Poland and other countries include Antalis, BASF, Ferrero, Grupa Metro and Nordzucker. The experience of BCC also comprises two biggest SAP CRM projects in Poland, including one for Grupa Żywiec.
