Bilfinger Infrastructure: e-leave requests in BeeOffice

In December 2014, the Polish construction company from the international group Bilfinger started using BeeOffice in leave management.

BeeOffice portal enables a full employee and manager self-service in the area of leave requests, eliminating the flow of paper documents. About 200 employees of the Bilfinger Infrastructure head office enters electronic leave requests into BeeOffice and superiors accept them in the portal. BeeOffice provides control of leave quotas and a current leave plan is available in the system to all concerned. The company plans to manage leaves for more groups of employees in BeeOffice. The next step is the implementation of the BeeOffice portal module used for travel expense accounting.

BeeOffice is an innovative employee self-service portal for companies of all sizes. Available anytime and anywhere through Internet, it organizes and optimizes the work of employees, improves the communication between them and helps save time and costs. BeeOffice supports, for example, the reservation of shared resources, a time schedule of employees, expense accounting for business trips and company cars, a register of office equipment, IT license management. BeeOffice is an in-house developed solution prepared at BCC Software Factory. BeeOffice is provided in the private cloud computing environment based on the organization and infrastructure of BCC Data Centers.
