Grupa Żywiec chooses BCC Outsourcing Center services

Since 1st December 2010, the specialists from the BCC Outsourcing Center started to provide the service of the SAP application support that is a remote support of SAP systems for the users from Grupa Żywiec.
SAP functionality scope, which is used by Grupa Żywiec, belongs to the broadest scopes in Poland. Contract with BCC refers to SAP ERP solutions in the area of finance, controlling, purchase, production and sales, as well as SAP Business Intelligence (SAP Business Information Warehouse) and SAP CRM system (SAP Customer Relationship Management). About 1200 users take advantage of the mentioned solutions in Grupa Żywiec.
Outsourcing contract for SAP application support is the next phase of a long-term cooperation of one of the biggest companies in the Polish beer industry with BCC. BCC was the partner of Grupa Żywiec among others in SAP ERP implementation project in subsequent companies and branches, as well as during SAP CRM implementation.
Over 50 companies uses SAP application support in BCC, including among others ABB, ING Bank Śląski, Kopernik SA, Real chain, companies from Volkswagen group. The foundations for the quality of BCC Outsourcing Center services – apart from the team experience and technical infrastructure – are work standards, resulting among others from IT Service Management System, which is consistent with ISO 20000 and ITIL and from Information Security Management System, which is consistent with ISO 27001. BCC Outsourcing Center provides the complex SAP environment maintenance, starting with the application support through system administration ending with hosting in own data center. The center handles over 100 SLA contracts.
