New strategy of External Services from BCC Group: focus on BPO services

External Services, a BCC Group company, will now focus on business process outsourcing (BPO) services for large and medium-sized companies, based on SAP systems.
The objective of the new strategy of External Services is to expand and complement the scope of operations of the BCC Group in the area of broadly understood outsourcing. The company founded in 2007, originally as an administration and accounting centre for the BCC Group, is now focusing its operations on the outsourcing of payroll, HR and accounting processes.
The services will be based on SAP systems and will be provided to the clients in accordance with the Software as a Service (SaaS) concept. An integral part of the External Services offer is also support to the clients applying for co-financing of their investments by the EU funds. The new offer is addressed to large and medium-sized Polish companies or branches of multinational corporations.
The person in charge of implementing the new strategy will be Grzegorz Gołba, the Company’s new President, who joined the BCC Group in 2005. Grzegorz Gołba, SAP Application Service Manager in the BCC Outsourcing Services Department, is responsible for the development of the BCC offer of support provided to SAP users.

The new strategy is a result of a dynamic development of the outsourcing services segment of the BCC Group operations, including the application service i.e. the support provided to SAP users in the area of HR, Payroll and Finance. Over 70 clients are already using BCC outsourcing services, among them the largest international and Polish companies like ABB, Amica, Metro Group, Grupa Żywiec, ING Bank Śląski, Kompania Piwowarska and a number of medium-sized companies like Decora, Brilux, Herlitz and Kopernik. The extended outsourcing offer of the BCC Group covers now the whole range of outsourcing services: IT hosting, SAP administration, SAP application service and outsourcing of business processes.
