Pioneer implementation of Travel Management SAP functionality (HR-TV) in Volkswagen Poznań

Implementation of HR-TV is the next project of BCC realized for Volkswagen Poznań. So far BCC has conducted most of all the implementation of financial section of SAP solution for VW Poznań, and supports works regarding materials management (MM).
Travel Management in Volkswagen Poznań is integrated with Payroll (costs accounted in HR-TV) and advance money are directly accounted in mySAP HR. Travels are subject to multilevel approval process (via Workflow process), what makes possible the control of planned travels and expenses connected with them by managers of particular departments. At the moment travels are registered and accounted in SAP for 2.800 employees of Volkswagen Poznań.
Volkswagen Poznań Sp. z o.o., the biggest employer in Wielkopolska, has been using a functionality of Travel Management (HR-TV) in SAP since November 2002. The HR-TV project, realized by VW and BCC, is the first implementation of this functionality on such a big scale in Poland (after BCC, which started up HR-TV for cost settlements of travels of its employees on a smaller scale).
