Publisher of Newsweek and Forbes is a new client of the BCC Outsourcing Center

Since the beginning of April 2010, Axel Springer Polska, a leading Polish press publisher, has been benefiting from remote support for SAP system users (an application support service) in BCC in the area of finance, controlling and materials management.
Pursuant to the signed Service Level Agreement, the BCC Outsourcing Center experts support SAP users in Axel Springer in their day-to-day work with the system. All service requests are received in a central point (Service Desk team) and directed by an operator to a relevant team of specialists.

In the BCC Outsourcing Center, user support is provided by consultants specialized in support services for clients in specific SAP areas. The average length of SAP experience of BCC support consultants exceeds 7 years.
The SAP application support in BCC is used by over 50 companies, such as ABB, Hochtief, ING Bank Śląski, Kopernik SA, Kompania Piwowarska, Makro and Real chains, Żabka Polska. Apart from the team’s experience and technical infrastructure, the foundations of the quality of services rendered by the BCC Outsourcing Center are work standards resulting, among others, from IT Services Management System compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL as well as the Information Security Management System, compliant with ISO 27001. The BCC Outsourcing Center provides comprehensive maintenance services for the SAP environment, from the application support, through systems administration, to hosting in its own data center. The Center handles over 100 Service Level Agreements (SLA).
