Maspex Group, the market leader in the production of juices, nectars and soft drinks in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and a main player in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania has started to use an integrated financial planning system based on SAP BW-Integrated Planning software. The SAP financial budgeting functionality implemented by BCC was launched in October 2008.
The implementation of a new tool made it possible to change the budgeting rules in Maspex. The new model supported by BW-IP tool facilitates planning with a much higher degree of accuracy and reliability. Based on a number of partial plans and automatic planning functions, a profit and loss statement and a cash flow statement are generated. The integration of a budgeting system with SAP Business Warehouse within a single tool offers access to all input planning data in a user-friendly reporting environment.
