Based on the organisation and infrastructure of the BCC data center, BCC offers the following services:

Our IT infrastructure meets the highest global requirements relating to security and performance. The BCC data center in Złotniki is equipped with:
- redundant power supply (two independent power lines), secured by redundant UPS systems operating in parallel and additionally secured by a power generator
- several independent links to the Internet in various technologies from different vendors, and full redundancy of the network backbone with automatic reconfiguration in case of a failure
- a dual system of fire detection and extinguishing with ARGONITE gas for each zone where a server room is located
- redundant air conditioning in the form of refrigerators
- a technical floor with moisture detection sensors installed underneath
- motion detectors and seismic vibration sensors
- fire and moisture detection systems integrated with a telephone exchange (in case of detection of adverse events administrators are notified automatically)
- monitoring (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) by a security agency and a video camera protected areas of access that may be accessed by authorised persons only
For most customers using hosting and related services, we also provide an IT system administration service.
