The BCC Outsourcing Center provides administration services for customer IT systems – both in hosting or collocation, as well as remotely. We supervise the security and performance of systems in use on a continuous basis and we provide assistance in the planning of their development.
Customer systems are connected to BCC central monitoring systems. In this way, the BCC Outsourcing Center administrators can be pro-actively informed online about the occurrence of any events which might affect the security and stability of systems.
Depending on the needs of the Outsourcing Center customer, BCC:
- takes over full responsibility for the administration of systems (IT administration outsourcing)
- supports the Customer’s administrators remotely (IT administration support) by carrying out regular reviews of systems on request
System administration services are provided by dedicated teams of consultants, operating within the BCC Outsourcing Center. Benefits of the BCC Outsourcing Center services include:
