BCC and Kaba partnership: Solutions for time management and access control

Since June this year, as a Kaba partner, BCC has been providing customers with comprehensive and fully integrated in SAP HR solutions for working time management and control over access to the buildings and facilities of a company.

Kaba GmbH is a global leading provider of Time & Attendance and access control systems, including identification terminals. One of Kaba's products is B-COMM ERP 4, which is SAP AG certified software, and it connects Kaba terminals to the SAP ERP system (in particular to SAP HR). The product facilitates connecting identification terminals with SAP functionalities, including HR/HCM, PP, PM, PS, CO and CATS (cross-application time sheet). Data exchange between terminals and SAP is automated and does not require creating and administering any additional interfaces. The exchange of data is based on XML, ALE and SAP PI/XI technologies and standard, SAP certified interfaces.

Following the cooperative partnership with Kaba, BCC is the only company in the Polish market that provides a comprehensive solution comprising terminals with a reading management system, time and attendance system in SAP HR and access control system.

As BCC's Business Development Manager in the area of HR management, Michał Szymaczek, emphasizes: ”We have been implementing solutions for time recording in SAP, which work with Kaba terminals, for many years now, for instance at a Ferrero factory or at a leading Polish retailer's. The fact that we have obtained the status of a partner constitutes a formal proof of our competence and increased cooperation between BCC and Kaba. Now customers do not have to look for different providers of terminals and time and attendance management systems – BCC together with Kaba can offer a comprehensive solution”.
