Ingentis org.manager is an SAP AG-certified application used to visualise an organisational structure and present any HR and payroll data in organisational views.
Ingentis org.manager provides data on the organisational structure and individual employees (including their contact details, roles, photos, locations) in a user-friendly and attractive form – on a company's intranet portal, for example.
Furthermore, the application provides managers with tools to control and optimise HR processes, enabling, among others:
- simulation of organisational structure changes and their impact on personnel costs
- verification of relevant HR information (e.g.use of leave quotas, remuneration monitoring)
- an HR data analysis in organisational structure views, in the form of clear charts.
Through integration with SAP, Ingentis org.manager presents up-to-date employee data and organisational structure data generated from SAP HR. Information – schemes, location plans, charts and reports – can be accessed through the SAPNetWeaver Portal.
This solution is used by more than 500 companies worldwide, including organisations employing tens of thousands of employees (among them are: Dresdner Bank, T-Mobile, Kaufland, VW). The manufacturer of the application is Ingentis, a German company. Under a partnership agreement with Ingentis, BCC is an exclusive distributor of Ingentis org.manager for companies using SAP HR in Poland. As a partner of Ingentis, BCC provides Ingentis org.manager software together with training and implementation services.
BCC also carries out implementations of Ingentis org.manager for companies using other HR systems, e.g. Teta HR.
