SAP application support (or remote support for SAP users) is a remote assistance service provided by the BCC Outsourcing Center. It is intended to help the customer’s SAP users solve problems occuring during ongoing operation of the system.
Furthermore, the customer’s SAP system is monitored on an ongoing basis for the occurrence of errors, e.g. in data entered by users, or in areas that may cause future problems in the functioning of the system.
SAP application support is provided by dedicated teams of support consultants, operating within the BCC Outsourcing Center. Benefits of the BCC Outsourcing Center services include:

- a single point of contact (a Service Desk team) irrespective of a reported issue
- service based on a fixed contract and SLA provisions (concerning a response time, among other things)

The application support provided by BCC covers:
- the full scope of the SAP ERP system, including SAP HR
- ABAP extensions

- SAP CRM
The quality of BCC outsourcing services, including SAP application support, is verified annually by an independent body – TNS OBOP – in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
