The areas of BCC’s specialisation include SAP projects related to changes in companies that already use SAP systems. These changes can apply both to the company’s business as well as IT strategies and the way in which an SAP environment is managed.
The projects of this type are particularly demanding for a customer and an implementation company, since they are carried out “on a living” organism of the company that uses SAP, often within a short time frame and simultaneously with organisational changes.
We have experience in such projects as:

- SAP projects related to spinning-off a part of an enterprise e.g. for purposes of selling a plant
