Strauss Cafe: SAP outsourcing with BCC

Since July this year, Strauss Cafe Poland - one of the leaders of the Polish coffee market - has been using hosting services provided by the BCC Outsourcing Centre for SAP systems.
Under the signed contract, the SAP ERP system and EDI solutions of the coffee tycoon are located at the BCC Outsourcing Centre in Złotniki near Poznań. BCC provides a full scope of administration services for the systems.

The SAP Hosting contract is another stage of cooperation between Strauss Cafe and BCC. In 2000, BCC implemented the SAP ERP system in Elite Cafe (a former name of Strauss Cafe) and developed it in later years by adding new functionalities. Since 2004, Strauss Cafe has been using BCC services of SAP administration outsourcing and SAP application support.
The BCC Outsourcing Centre provides comprehensive maintenance services for the IT environment: from hosting and collocation in its own data centre, through systems administration, to the application support service – SAP user support. The Centre handles more than 100 Service Level Agreements (SLA) relating to various IT systems, including SAP. In addition to the team’s experience and technical infrastructure, the foundations of the quality of outsourcing services provided by the BCC Outsourcing Centre include work standards resulting, among other factors, from the IT Service Management System compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL, and from the Information Security Management System compliant with ISO 27001.
