The Website, located at the address www.bcc.com.pl, (hereinafter referred to as the Website), is owned and maintained by Business Consulting Center sp. z o.o. User's obligation
The user represents and warrants that he/she will use the Website only in accordance with applicable law, rules of social coexistence and will respect intellectual property rights. The Website users are obliged make use of it in a way so as not to impede its use by other users or BCC. Any liability and risk associated with making decisions based on the information contained in the Website rests solely with the user.
Registration of the Website users, data processing by BCC
The Website records information in cookies on users' computers for purposes of temporarily identifying the user in a single visit to the Website, and in order to select materials presented to the user by the Website. A user can set up an account on the Website as a registered user. For this purpose, it is essential that the user provide some basic data and complete a short questionnaire. The registration process is described in the registration pages. A registered user will regularly receive a newsletter informing him/her of what?s new on the Website, among other things. By registering the user gives his/her consent to allow the data provided in the questionnaire to be processed. The user can change and delete the personal data he/she has provided. BCC maintains and analyses statistics concerning the visits to the Website. These analyses are an element of BCC's marketing research.
