Since January 2016, the Danish headquarters of Toms Gruppen, a manufacturer of sweets, uses SAP HR solutions. BCC was the implementation partner in this project.
Consultants of the BCC were responsible, for adjusting and rolling out the system solutions, as well as for coordinating the work of all the parties involved in the project.
The implementation of SAP HR solutions in Toms Gruppen encompassed personnel administration, work time management and payroll. In the field of human resources administration and working time management, elements of the solution prepared for the Polish branch of Toms Gruppen was incorporated. In this regard, the project was also implemented by BCC.
Toms Gruppen is a chocolate producer with headquarters in Denmark. The company was founded in 1924, and its main brands include Galle & Jessen, Ga-Jols and Pingvin, Anthon Berg, Toms Ekstra, Nellie Delliess, BonBon and premium brands Fedora and Hachez. The company also has branches in Germany, Sweden, Poland and Singapore. It employs a total of more than 1,200 people in all of its branches.
